Kaunas District Ski Area Studio (2009)
Public institution Kaunas Regional Development Agency has prepared a study of ski areas in Kaunas district. The aim of the study is to carry out a comprehensive analysis of the resources and infrastructure situation for the mountain skiing facilities in Kaunas district, to evaluate the possibilities of the skiing facilities and development alternatives. The study is designed to improve regional development planning, the provision of integrated tourism services, create preconditions for business development in the tourism sector and reduce the negative impact of seasonality.
Investment project of the project “Renovation, reconstruction and repair of Nemaitonys eldership administrative building” (2009)
The aim of the project – to increase the attractiveness of rural living environment, to reconstruct and equip the administrative building of Nemaitonys eldership. The investment project has been prepared under the measure “Rural renewal and development” of Axis 3 “Quality of life in rural areas and diversification of the rural economy” of the Lithuanian Rural Development Program for 2007-2013.
Investment project of the project “Renovation, installation and installation of iron removal system of drinking water supply system in Kalvonis eldership” (2009)
The purpose of the project is to provide the residents of Kalviai settlement with drinking water of adequate quality. The investment project has been prepared under the measure “Rural renewal and development” of Axis 3 “Quality of life in rural areas and diversification of the rural economy” of the Lithuanian Rural Development Program for 2007-2013.
Investment Project for the Renovation of Palomene Cultural Center (2009)
The purpose of the project is to repair and equip the premises of the Palomenė Cultural Center, to provide quality services and to create conditions for efficient operation of the institution. In order to achieve this goal, the premises of Palomenė Cultural Center will be renovated. The new premises, updated equipment and furniture will enable the Palomenė Cultural Center to carry out its activities more effectively and to attract more community members to various events. Remediation and utilization of the derelict building to meet public needs will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the Palomene countryside. The investment project has been prepared under the measure “Rural renewal and development” of Axis 3 “Quality of life in rural areas and diversification of the rural economy” of the Lithuanian Rural Development Program for 2007-2013.
Investment Project of the Project “Improvement of Community Infrastructure in Birštonas Vienkiemis Village” (2009)
The project will be funded from 2007-2013. Measure VP3-1.2-VRM-01-R Creation of prerequisites for accelerated diversification of economic activities in rural areas under Action 1 Priority 1 of the Operational Program for Promotion of Cohesion.
Investment project of the project “Renovation of the Library of Žiežmariai” (2009)
The aim of the project is to reconstruct and equip Žiežmariai library in order to create suitable conditions for the readers and users of Žiežmariai eldership. To achieve this goal, the cultural heritage building will be overhauled and adapted to the needs of the library. New premises, updated equipment and furniture will create conditions for Žiežmariai Library to attract new users and increase the number of visits of existing visitors. Regeneration and use of the abandoned building to meet public needs will contribute to increasing the attractiveness of Žiežmariai living environment. The investment project has been prepared under the measure “Rural renewal and development” of Axis 3 “Quality of life in rural areas and diversification of the rural economy” of the Lithuanian Rural Development Program for 2007-2013.
Feasibility Study of the Project “Streets Reconstruction in Birštonas Municipality, Birštonas Vienkiemis Village, Phases I, II” (2009)
The project will be funded from 2007-2013. Priority 4 Core Economic Infrastructure of the Operational Program for Growth Measure VP2-4.4-SM-02-R Modernization and development of municipal transport infrastructure.
Feasibility Study of the Project “Improvement of Community Infrastructure in Birštonas Vienkiemis Village” (2009)
The Agency has prepared a feasibility study for a project under the measure “Creating prerequisites for accelerated diversification of economic activities in rural areas”.
Investment Project of Complex Rural Infrastructure Development of Paparčių Village (2009)
The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life and environment of the people of Ferns village by developing public infrastructure. In order to achieve this goal, the Paparčių Village Culture House will be renovated, two parking lots, information stands, school sports ground, park, street reconstruction will be completed. The project will be funded under the 2007-2013 Financial Framework. Investment project of the project “Establishment of infrastructure of Statkūniškės and Kalviai beaches” (2009)
The aim of the project is to promote the development of tourism products and public infrastructure in the Kaišiadorys region by the Statkūniškiai and Kalviai lakes. To achieve this goal, the beach infrastructure of Statkūniškės and Kalviai lakes will be installed. The project will be funded under the 2007-2013 Financial Framework.
